From 1989 to date, Mr. Shoqeiry established International Land Reclamation Company, which mainly converted 300 feddans on the Cairo/Alexandria desert road into a very productive fruit cultivation project, delivering export quality products throughout the past two decades.

 Mr. Shoqeiry has numerous investment projects which include the acquisition in 2005 for 685,000thousand sq. meter in Gulf of Suez; considered as an anchor to the government plan to develop the Gulf of Suez strip, with a long term commitment to construct a full scale shipyard project including ship building, ship repair, containers manufacturing and Bunkering.
